The company initially started from repairing of distribution transformers and then onward manufactured small rating transformers. Further, it moved on to manufacture Power transformers. And thereafter GTE manufactured specialty transformers like solar transformers, furnace transformers, isolation transformers, earthing transformers, transformers with OLTC and for special applications.
